        "text": "I got lucky choosing this location when I moved to the Kansas City area. They go above and beyond at my 6-month appointment. Gave a retest and tweaked the frequency response on the crowd function on my hearing aid. What can I say? I always feel welcome coming in and feel like something was truly accomplished when I leave.",

        "text": "Very average customer service and not the most personable. Dr dismissed or ignored majority of my concerns. Just updated my aids and said to let him know if it helped. Said he had to get to his next appointment. Did not even address most of my issues I have had with these aids....connectivity (to phone for calls and music\/videos as well as to the remote mic), the hearing aid mic just randomly kicks on when muted and listening to music while mowing or on my motorcycle etc, feedback all of the time, the app (app won't connect to my aids half the time...was told it is because I have a Samsung and not an IPhone eye roll), and the right aid not connecting to the charger very well (I have to mess with it for a bit every night and then make sure it stays connected to charge before bed time). He just updated the L aid to make it more in sync with the right one.\n\nDefinitely disappointed because I read reviews prior to coming in and folks had great things to say about this location and the quality of care they received. Unfortunately, I did not. I am giving 2 stars because of the ease of scheduling an appointment online and the location. I guess if I wasn't having any issues with the over priced hearing aids from Starkey, I would have had a more pleasant experience. Sadly, I can get a pair of 20.00 ear buds that will connect to my phone better than the 3000.00 Starkey aids.\n\nI originally worked with a specialist that is farther away through a referral that is awesome but I am trying to find someone that is closer to home. Looks like I will continue to drive father. More convenient doesn't always mean better.",

        "text": "My hearing aids had quite working.  I was worked in today without an appointment quickly and taken care of efficiently.  Fortunately my hearing aid plugs were just in need of replacing.  I was shown how to do this and was finished in less then a few minutes.  Audible staff Mellissa, professional and caring.  Pre hearing aid and post hearing aid care has been excellent. I was seen for years for hearing screens prior to needing hearing aids.",

        "text": "My grandmother and I went to Beltone not too long ago and she had an appointment. She struggled with hearing loss for years and even I had trouble communicating because I found myself constantly raising my voice and repeating myaelf while she still couldn't hear me well. Paul was amazing, he was professional, kind, and he helped us so much with the pricing for my grandmother's new hearing aids. Jordan was also great! He did the hearing test and he was very patient and understanding while doing so! Both of them were professionals but also sweethearts and I don't remember a time when I saw my grandmother as happy as she was that day. Thank you to Paul Bochterle and Jordan Turner for the wonderful care and compassion you showed us when we came in. I do or more people come here because you are two care professionals that are trustworthy and amazing!",

Such wonderful service and they were knowledgeable and  kind and helpful. I was told that my hearing aids are good and my ears did not need to be cleaned.  I have made a 6 month appointment for a hearing evaluation and cleaning.  I thought my settings might need to be changed and still do as the settings I was given does not block out a lot of background sounds so will see if that makes a difference at my next appointment, which I requested.  My first time wearing hearing aids so still learning about them. I highly recommend this place! Great people!!",
