Carson was wonderful! He is a good listener, was totally friendly but professional and seemed to genuinely want to help me with my hearing issues. He did not rush me but carefully explained everything to me and washed my hearing aids as well.
Appreciated the professionalism, kindness and timeliness of it all. Top notch – and I am very familiar with hearing aids as have worn them nearly 30 years!

Carson and team are amazing!! Felt like family from first I set foot inside. Scheduling was a breeze online as well as open availability which is hard to come by these days! Wait time once inside was almost none, very smooth and efficient system they got worked out. Carson was very knowledgeable, patient to explain and answer all my questions, and friendly! My grandmother and I went to Beltone not too long ago and she had an appointment. She struggled with hearing loss for years and even I had trouble communicating because I found myself constantly raising my voice and repeating myaelf while she still couldn’t hear me well. Paul was amazing, he was professional, kind, and he helped us so much with the pricing for my grandmother’s new hearing aids. Jordan was also great! He did the hearing test and he was very patient and understanding while doing so! Both of them were professionals but also sweethearts and I don’t remember a time when I saw my grandmother as happy as she was that day. Thank you to Paul Bochterle and Jordan Turner for the wonderful care and compassion you showed us when we came in. I do or more people come here because you are two care professionals that are trustworthy and amazing!
