Angie is the Regional Administrative Coordinator for the Kansas City Area.  She started working in the Kansas City Region in October of 2019. She was drawn to the profession because her father had severe hearing loss and she saw firsthand the negative impact of hearing loss.

Outside of saving hearing lives, she enjoys entertaining for family and friends, spending time with her grandchildren and creating in her newly remodeled She Shed.

Finding myself with hearing loss and wearing hearing devices at the age of six, I feel like I have been in the hearing field my entire life. Today, as I have watched my career develop and my practice grow, I have found one of my greatest assets is my hearing loss. It helps me relate to my patients and understand the everyday frustration hearing loss has on an individual’s life and those of their loved ones. I often feel an immediate connection when listening to a patient talk about their issues with hearing loss.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children and parents, exploring nature, being active in my community and playing basketball. All things I hope to see my patients enjoy without feeling isolated by hearing loss. We do this by fitting patients with the devices and services they need to give them their life back.

I am a born and raised Kansas native. I have been helping patients with their hearing needs for over a decade and enjoy being a part of the patient journey to better hearing for a better life.

My expertise includes diagnostic hearing testing, diagnosing hearing loss, hearing instrument selection and the fitting of customized hearing aids. With the experience and knowledge gained by being a national manufacturer representative in the industry, alongside my former local position as a certified hearing instrument specialist, I understand the importance of individual patient care.

My goal in working within the Audibel Network is to provide my patients with the latest in hearing aid technology that will best meet their hearing and lifestyle needs, and to provide superb patient care so that everyone who visits our clinics has a comforting and pleasant experience.

Chris Driscoll is a Hearing Instrument specialist in both MO and KS for over 20 years. Chris is originally from Lee’s Summit MO . Chris attended Lee’s Summit High School and Longview Community College and started working at Starkey in 2008. Chris began working in the hearing industry in 1999 and was drawn to the profession because he wanted to serve his community.

What Chris loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the positive impact better hearing provides to patients and family members. patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Chris loves hobbies such as football, baseball, basketball and cooking BBQ.

Rachael Firl is a Hearing Instrument Dispenser. Rachael is originally from Sartell, MN and moved to Plymouth, MN in 2017. Rachael attended St. Cloud State University and started working at Audibel in 2018. Rachael began working in the hearing industry in 2012 and was drawn to the profession because of family members and friends who suffer with speech and hearing difficulties.

What Rachael loves most about saving hearing lives is connecting people to their world again. Rachael strives for; precise custom solutions, concierge level care, and verified best speech clarity in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives – Rachael loves hobbies such as golf, relaxing at the cabin, and cheering on the Wild, Vikings, and SCSU Hockey.

Muriel has worked in the customer service field since 2007. Working in healthcare has allowed her to help people have a better quality of life.
Muriel has lived in Minnesota since 1997.

Married with two adult children, Muriel enjoys helping patients connect to loved ones through the gift of better hearing.
